Broadband is now
available in almost all private homes and offices,
there are two common mediums for the delivery of
this service:
With NTL you are
limited to NTL as your service provider as their
cable connects you to the network.
With BT you get the
choice to select your own service provider this

based on cost alternatively you could use a site

comparisons on the best deals available. Cost should
not be the sole reason for choosing a provider a
major reason being CAPPING this means your service
provider may impose a cap on the amount of
information you can download over a 1 month period.
You can use your Broadband connection freely up to
the stated usage allowances. However, the broadband
provider may request that you either reduce your
usage or upgrade to the next usage band if you
continually exceed your monthly allowance. Some
providers may suspend your service in extreme
circumstances. For example, with a 1GB limit you
could down load 5 MP3 tracks per week, whereas with
a 15GB limit you could download 250 tracks per
month.
The problem with
broadband as with any network connection is IT
FAILS !
This is were
